Boulter picked up her 10th Billie Jean King Cup win during Great Britain's Play-Off tie against Sweden when she defeated Cajsa Hennemann 6-2, 6-1, before clinching another vital win over Kasja Rinaldo Persson, 6-1, 7-6(5) on day two to help Great Britain reach the 2024 Qualifers.
October
Boulter came through two rounds of qualifying to reach the main draw of the China Open, where she defeated Poland's Magdala Frech before being narrowly defeated by world No.1 Aryna Sabalenka 7-5, 7-6(2).
Boulter was also selected to represent Great Britain for their Billie Jean King Cup Play-Off tie against Sweden in November.
August
Boulter got her 2023 US Open campaign off to a winning start - recording her first ever main draw victory at the tournament with a win over France's Diane Parry in the opening round, before ousting Yafan Wang 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 in the second. However, Boulter lost to Peyton Stearns 6-4, 6-3 in her first third round appearance at Flushing Meadows.
Boulter’s opening round win against Canada’s Rebecca Marino at the WTA 1000 National Bank Open saw her realise a career-high ranking after rising to world No.60.
July
Boulter booked her third successive third round after overcoming Australia’s Daria Saville in the opening round before defeating Bulgaria's Viktoriya Tomova 6-0, 3-6, 6-3 at The Championships, Wimbledon. However, in the third round she lost to reigning champion and third seed Elena Rybakina 6-1, 6-1.
Alongside her boyfriend, Alex de Minaur, she earnt a straight sets victory over John Peers & Storm Hunter on their first mixed doubles appearance together at Wimbledon, but missed out on a spot in the quarter-finals to Joran Vliegen and Xu Yifan, 6-3, 4-6, 7-6(2).
June
Continuing her impressive form, Boulter enjoyed a run to the semi-final of the Lexus Surbiton Trophy during the first week of the grass court swing.
Her run to the semi-finals led to another milestone as Boulter became the 23rd woman to hold the British No.1 spot since the rankings began in 1975.
Boulter claimed her first career WTA title at the Rothesay Open Nottingham - defeating fellow Brit Jodie Burrage 6-3, 6-3 in the final. She completed a trio of wins against Brits having beaten Heather Watson and Harriet Dart in the semis and quarters.
The win saw her ranking rise back into the top 100 for the first time since 2019.
Boulter exited the opening round of the Rothesay International Eastbourne after losing 6-4, 7-5 to Croatia’s Petra Martic.
May
Boluter made it back-to-back finals in Japan at the W60 Fukuoka. The 26-year-old beat USA's Emina Bektas 2-6, 6-4, 7-6(5) in the semis, but was forced to withdraw in the final,
Boulter blitzed through to the final at the W80 Gifu event where she set up a meeting with Himeno Sakatsume. Despite a valiant effort from the Brit, she fell just short against the home favourite - finishing the week as a runner up after a 7-5, 6-3 defeat.
April
Boulter was selected to represent Great Britain in their Billie Jean King Cup qualifying tie against France at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The Brit stepped up to face Caroline Garcia in the opening rubber of the qualifying tie. Showcasing some of her best tennis, Boulter took the world No.5 to three consecutive tie-breaks before marginally missing out on the win, 6-7(2), 7-6(4), 7-6(2).
January
Boulter kicked off her year by winning the seventh ITF title of her career at the W60 Canberra event. Having sailed through to the final without dropping a single set, Boulter defeated fellow Brit Jodie Burrage 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 to lift the title.
After winning her first round qualifier match at the Australian Open, Boulter then went on to face Polina Kudermetova in the second, where she lost out in a 6-1, 6-3 defeat.
November
Boulter kicked off her November with a run to the quarter-finals in the W100 Shrewsbury event after two straight set wins over Nefisa Berberović and Yanina Wickmayer, before ultimately losing out to Serbia's Ana Konjuh.
The 26-year-old lost her opening match of the Billie Jean King Cup to Yulia Puntintseva of Kazakhstan 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
October
Boulter progressed to the quarter-finals of the W60 Glasgow event after defeating Austria’s Tamira Paszek 7-5, 6-4, but eventually lost out to Uzbekistan’s Nigina Aduraimova in three sets.
August
Boulter lost in the second round of qualifiers at the US Open to Ashlyn Krueger 6-3, 6-4.
July
Boulter posted a new career-best following her second defeat over Karolina Pliskova in two weeks to advance to her first major third round. The 25-year-old claimed the scalp of sixth seed, Pliskova, in the second, but missed out on the fourth round following her 6-1, 6-1 defeat against Harmony Tan.

Boulter's injury comeback came at the Rothesay Open Nottingham, where she came through qualifying to reach the second round. Here she lost to fifth seed Ajla Tomljanovic 6-3, 6-4.
She then put in a career best performance at the Rothesay Classic Birmingham, making her first quarter-final at the Edgaston Priory Club with wins over Alison Riske and Caroline Garcia. Boulter bowed out to Simona Halep in the final eight.
The wins kept coming at the Rothesay International Eastbourne where she defeated fourth seed and two-time champion Karolina Pliskova 1-6, 6-4, 6-4. In the quarter-final she took the future champion Petra Kvitova to three-sets before losing 5-7, 6-0, 7-5.
March
Boulter battled her way through qualifying of the BNP Paribas Open before facing World No.46, Jasmine Paolini in the first round. In a battle of the nerves, Paolini came out on top in the first set after five breaks in the opening six games. Despite putting up a fight, Boulter was defeated 6-3, 6-2 by the Italian.
February
In February, Boulter won her first title in four years at the W60 Grenoble, - defeating second seed Martina Trevisan in the quarter-finals, before edging a close final against Anna Blinkova 7-6(2), 6-7(6), 6-2.
January
Boulter started the 2022 season reaching the second round of the Adelaide International 1 after defeating Lucrezia Stefanini 7-6(4), 6-1.
27th seed Boulter then lost out in the first round of the Australian Open qualifiers 6-3, 6-4 to American Emina Bektas.
Defeated rising star Coco Gauff in an Australian Open warm-up event before being beaten in three sets by World No.2 Naomi Osaka. Was knocked out in the first round of the Australian Open by Russia's Daria Kasatkina.
Was selected to represent Great Britain in a Billie Jean King Cup Play-Off tie against Mexico in April at the National Tennis Centre, and spearheaded Britain to victory by winning two matches.
In April she reached the semi-finals of an ITF 60K event in Argentina losing to sixth seed Xinyu Wang. Reached the quarter-finals of the Viking Open Nottingham before withdrawing with an elbow injury - recovering in time to play at Wimbledon.

Reached the last 16 of a WTA Tour event in Indian Wells in March before lockdown hit.
Continued return to fitness post lockdown, winning the Progress Tour Women’s Championships title at the National Tennis Centre in July, and was part of the Union Jacks team at the Battle of the Brits Team Tennis event during the same month.
