LTA Youth Compete online CPD has been designed for coaches, referees and competitions organisers who'd like to incorporate competition into their LTA Youth programmes. This hour long module will:
- Explain the key principles of each of the three LTA Youth Compete products:
- Team Challenge
- Matchplay
- Local Tour
- Equip coaches, referees and competition organisers with the knowledge needed to deliver LTA Youth Matchplay competitions and signpost them to further resources to support with delivering competitions at their venue.
LTA Youth Compete products provide opportunities for players on the LTA Youth pathway to access fun, relevant and local competitions. An understanding of the LTA Youth Compete pathway is important for coaches, competition organisers and referees.
